Finance ministry says raises 2017 budget deficit to 2.18% of GDP
MOSCOW, Sep 27 (PRIME) -- The Russian Finance Ministry has amended a 2017 budget, raising deficit to 2.18% of the gross domestic product (GDP) from 2.09%, according to documents seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
The deficit was widened to 2.008 trillion rubles from 1.924 trillion rubles, and the forecasted GDP to 92.224 trillion rubles from 92.190 trillion rubles.
The ministry plans to raise net domestic borrowing to 1.124 trillion rubles from 1.05 trillion rubles.
